New MSc for Health and Social Care Staff

The Beeches Management Centre in partnership with the School of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen's University, Belfast is the first in Ireland to offer the new 'MSc in Interprofessional Health and Social Studies' which commences in September 2008.

Interprofessional Education involves learning with and from other professions to build a mutual respect between the healthcare professions with the aim of improving patient care.  The development of this new course meets the needs for promoting and encouraging interprofessional working within health care.

Personal Effectiveness, Interprofessional Effectiveness, Managing Service Delivery

Year 2 (3 modules)

Ethics and Law in Healthcare Practice, Leadership, Managing and Leading Change

Year 2/3

Dissertation
