New Director Development Programme

A new leadership programme will be launched in the Autumn aimed at the development of Directors in Health and Social Care organisations and will be delivered in partnership with the King's Fund.  The design stage involves the engagement of a number of Chief Executives and Directors in an event to explore current and emerging challenges and to identify critical leadership competences.  In addition, some structured interviews are underway with a number of Directors exploring development needs.

 

Irene Hewitt, Chief Executive of the Beeches Management Centre said ...'The programme will provide access to the latest thinking on effective leadership and use inovate approaches to stretch and enhance leadership skils'.  Karen Lynas, Director of Leadership for the Kings Fund will work with BMC on this exciting new programme.
